ABOUT Rock The Coliseum


Founded in 2006, Rock The Coliseum (RTC) is Mississauga’s longest running, all-ages, free indie music festival produced by CCAI. Over the past 19 years, RTC has hosted on its stage some of the finest talent from Canada before they became success stories. This includes Juno nominees/winners Alysha Brilla, Harm & Ease, Haviah Mighty, Monster Truck, Softcult, MONOWHALES & Sean Pinchin; radio chart toppers David Boyd Janes & Elyse Saunders; international touring acts The Creepshow, The Dreamboats, SUMO CYCO & many more. When do the gates open?

We are located at the City of Mississauga's public square "Celebration Square", open 24/7. Feel free to come & go anytime, keep an eye out on our socials for festival hours/artist set times.

Is there an age limit?

No, the event is all-ages.

Is smoking, vaping and cannabis allowed?

Since it is a public space, there is a strict no alcohol, smoking/vaping & illicit drugs and/or medications policy.

Are there food and beverage stands?

You can expect there to be food/drink trucks at Celebration Square. There are plenty of shops & restaurants nearby as well.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Absolutely!

Are there bathrooms accessible?

Multiple public accessible washrooms are on-site.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

The Square is an award-winning accessible venue that welcomes visitors of all abilities. Accessible accommodations include accessible washrooms, elevated viewing areas, ramps, designated TransHelp public transit stop area and assistive listening devices.

Is there public parking available?

Parking is free on the weekends and after 6pm on weekdays underneath Celebration Square. Parking is also free for anyone with an accessible parking permit. In addition, there is free parking at Square One mall, a short walk away.

Can I bring my service animal with me?

Absolutely!
